Resident Parking & Guest Stall Guidelines Reminder

Aloha Neighbors,

As our community enjoys steady breezes and busy weekends, we want to remind all residents and guests of our parking guidelines:

1. Assigned Stalls: Residents must only park in their deeded stalls.
2. Guest Stalls: Guest parking stalls require a valid guest permit placard visible on the dashboard and are restricted to 48 hours maximum continuous parking.
3. Speed Limit: Please observe the 10 MPH posted speed limit throughout the property.
