Homeowner Meeting Guidelines & Open Forum
All Ridgeway Phase B-1 owners in good standing are entitled to attend regular board meetings. In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 514B:
- Owner Forum: An open forum is reserved at the beginning of each regular meeting for owners to speak on property concerns.
- Executive Session: The board may adjourn to a closed executive session to discuss personnel, legal matters, contracts in negotiation, or unit delinquent accounts.
- Meeting Materials: Meeting agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to each scheduled meeting.
